Our newest component this year is the Oregon Bounty Chef's Table. We are proud to be partnering up with five of the Oregon Agricultural Commissions who will be featuring a variety of locally grown and produced products.

The various Commissions will be joining forces with Pro Chefs Oregon, a non-profit chapter of the American Culinary Federation comprised of chefs, and students dedicated to the profession of food preparation.  Collectively, they will be preparing some delectable bites featuring Oregon seafood, beef, blackberries & raspberries, potatoes, and blueberries. Yum!
