Restaurants
If you are a restaurant and wish to apply for a booth at the Bite, please click on the
application form and complete and return the form to us. Restaurant selection is
based on a variety of criteria including type of restaurant, and type of cuisine. Booth
space is limited so be sure to get your form in early in order to be considered.
Chef's Table
The Chef’s Table, brand new to the Bite this year, is a great way to allow
restaurants/chefs to participate without having to make the full commitment. All you
bring is the food you are going to sell, your cooking utensils and your expertise. Look
for more details soon!
Dessert Pavilion
This year the Bite will feature a Dessert Pavilion. This is a tremendous opportunity for
bakeries, candy confectioners and the like to participate by selling their yummy and
delectable dessert items. If you would like to be considered for participation, please
